Two things from the BBC and a poll
Jul. 14th, 2009 08:27 pmFrom the 'Ya Think?' file... Sussex University study shows that cats 'exploit' humans via purring.
What was the Pterry quote about if someone invents a tin opener that can be operated by paws that Humaninty is dooomed?. Think this certainly proves this, yeah.

Now... this beautiful creature is one of three things...
Either a) a new dancer for Strictly Come Dancing (The UK version of Dancing With The Stars), b) Gibbs new girlfriend or c) John Barrowman in drag. The image caption should give it away. All I can say is... 'helllooooo nurse!' (Animaniacs ftw!).
Also, how weird is it that I'm trying to work out where the picture was taken? I kinda recognize the road... *facepalm*.

Oh and because I can't seem to let a post go by at the moment without mentioning Torchwood... the very awesome
torn_eledhwen has a poll about reactions to CoE and the (possible) future direction of the series. Go, express an opinion and pimp to others. Warning there are plenty of spoilers in the poll.
Still on the subject of TW - I'll get around to answering replies from last week soon... but for now, don't be surprised if I go back to babbling continuously about movies for the time being. Distance can only be for the good y/y?
