A Life In Bulletpoints
Sep. 25th, 2013 08:38 pmI keep meaning to post on a regular basis but... as with everything else, Real Life laughs hysterically at such plans. However as it's the Father Unit's birthday, there is cake, so there is a sort of balance.
- Work - is a disaster of epic proportions. And that's all I have to say on the matter right now. Just don't 'kaythanxbai.

yuletide! I've nominated Sunshine (2007), John Carter (2012), Alien (1979) and The Wolverine (2013) for this year. I'm not quite sure if I'm going to ask for all of them but it really depends on whether they're all accepted or not.
-pacrimbigbang - is nearly at 6k! No, I don't learn but it is *only* 10k after all. Believe that, I have a bridge to sell you...
- I don't have a title and boy am I glad that this is only the first draft because I am going to need to REDRAFT ALL THE THINGS before too long.
- Also t's so far in 'not-just-a-river-in-Eygpt' territory that it's scary but hey!I get to imagine this guy naked so... yup!
- I'm seeing four films at the London Film Festival this year. I would have made it six but there was an almighty bugger up with the system, so four it is. Twelve Years A Slave, Jorodosky's Dune, The Congress and Locke. Which is not a bad haul at all.
- The BFI have announced the line up for their 'Gothic' Season - it only covers October and November but just after a cursory look through I was going 'I'd like to see that, I'd love to see that...' and I'm not even a horror nerd. Horror nerds I do know think Christmas has come early! I can see some strategising in my future....
- TV. As in I'm watching some! I have Orphan Black piling up on the ol' DVR and I still have Agents of SHIELD to programme in. Though I do wish that the rest of the Internet would realise that there are other countries than the US and we don't get the same programmes on the same day as everyone else. In short? SPOILER WARNINGS PEOPLE!! My flist are awesome but Twitter and the internet in general is not.
