Time to talk movies once again.... Else people will wonder who I am and what they've done with the 'proper'
becky_monster
The 'final' trailer for The Muppet Movie - comes out in the UK next February. Not soon enough if laughing until I coughed so hard is anything to go by.
This Means War Okay, it looks like a romantic comedy (something I usually cannot *stand*) BUT - it features hot guys (Tom Hardy, Chris Pine) sharp suits, explosions and heavy ordnance. All good things. What's wrong with this picture? It's directed by McG - (look for a definition of 'hack director' in the dictionary - you'll see this guy's photo and Brett Ratner's there) Still, I am hopeful that it might be... good. Stranger things have happened.
Trailer for Shame (2011). I saw this on Saturday at the London Film Festival. A full review will come at the end of the month, when I note all the other films I've seen this month (which will be a good few!) but what I will say now is that it's a whole lot more than the aspects that people are talking up (an alternative title would be 'Okay, Who Doesn't Get Naked?!') . I'd even go as far as to say that it's a film of the year for me. Yes, it is that good. Highly, highly recommended!
