Things that have made me happy today

beckymonsterI have survived my appraisal at work. Which is cause for celebration in itself! Boss commented that, despite the macro-shenannigans (Academia - you has to love it!), my list of things that went well/happy with, was four times longer than the ones I wasn't happy with.

I haven't changed much at all in 20 years. So much so that someone I went to school with spotted me walking down the street at lunch and pounced (metaphorically!) on me when I ventured into zie's store for more info about something. Also? I do *not* look like a poodle
