beckymonsterMainly because it's a Sunday and my brain is having enough trouble coping with plotting out the damn story to finesse out such a search query. Also proves 'Not Ded' too.
In the US - would a civil marriage be regarded as legal and binding in say Nevada as it would be in New York State? Meaning if two people were married in Nevada, would that marriage stand in NY?
This is (obviously!) for a fic - I can 'tap dance' around the elephant in the room as well - although Google tells me that steps are being taken.
