I've been thinking about holidays recently; one of the possibles for 2010 is a road trip. One of the cities I'm thinking of visiting is one that has more than played it's part in Doctor Who. That city is, of course...
Cardiff, Wales
I was fortunate to visit the city in August 2007, it looked a bit like a building site back then, so I am eager to see if they've finished it yet. Not only that but I want to see the 'new' Doctor Who locations too.
Trust me - once you've been to Cardiff, you can't help but think 'I've been there!" every time you watch the show!
Outside the Millenium Centre, just above the Cardiff Rift - alas, the TARDIS wasn't refulling the day I took the photo!

Cardiff Skyline - the Millennium Stadium you can see in the background has been used for a variety of episodes, such as S1's Dalek.
Cardiff Castle - which, to my knowledge, hasn't appeared in Doctor Who (but has in Torchwood. Still, a beautiful castle.
